00:22on behalf of the department and our senior officer,
00:26sharing with you the infrastructure enhancements
00:31that we are going to take in the Andhra Pradesh Centre
00:33in the current year.
00:34As ma'am already said, that we're also celebrating
00:37the golden jubilee of our ICDS program,
00:41that Integrated Child Development Services
00:43has been started in 1975,
00:47and our first Andhra Pradesh Centre
00:49that was inaugurated in Mysore, in Tamil Nadu,
00:52and in Punjab.
00:53Ma'am, we're speaking in Hindi and Punjabi.
00:55Our first Andhra Pradesh Centre in Punjab
00:59was inaugurated in Ropar, Noorpur district,
01:02on 1st October 1975.
01:05It's been 50 years since we started the ICDS program.
01:10The work that the Punjab government is doing in the current year
01:16and the work that will be done in the future,
01:21I will update you on that.
01:23Our state government's vision is to give the Andhra Pradesh Centre
01:28a better infrastructure,
01:29not just the basic infrastructure,
01:33but also the necessary things like the furniture,
01:39the LED, as ma'am has already mentioned,
01:42the RO system, the Nutrition Vatika,
01:44all these things, the Punjab government's commitment
01:47that we will give all this infrastructure to the Andhra Pradesh Centre.
01:54If we talk about the Andhra Pradesh Centre,
01:57in Punjab, as ma'am has already mentioned,
02:01there are 1419 Andhra Pradesh Centre under construction,
02:06some of which have been completed,
02:08and some are still remaining.
02:10400 will be started very soon.
02:13Apart from this, there are some other schemes
02:18that are being built under the Andhra Pradesh Centre,
02:21like the Pradhan Mantri Adarsh Gram Yojana,
02:23the District Mineral Foundation Fund,
02:26the Pradhan Mantri Ansooti Jati Gram Uday Yojana,
02:29and all these schemes are being built
02:34in the Waqf-e-Jadid districts.
02:37Out of these, 1105 Andhra Pradesh Centre
02:42will cost around Rs. 136 crores,
02:47and approximately Rs. 12 lakhs
02:49will be spent on the construction of one Andhra Pradesh Centre.
02:56The district-wise break-up is already in the PPT,
03:00as to how many Andhra Pradesh Centres are being built in which districts.
03:10In some Andhra Pradesh Centres, 25% of the work has been completed,
03:16and in some Andhra Pradesh Centres, 50% of the work is about to be completed,
03:19and in some Andhra Pradesh Centres, 100% of the work is about to be completed
03:22in the next month.
03:26As for upgradation, as ma'am has already mentioned,
03:31we are upgrading 350 Andhra Pradesh Centres.
03:36Some repair work is required,
03:39because some of the old buildings of the Andhra Pradesh Centres
03:43have been repaired,
03:45and the government has provided Rs. 7 crores for the repair work.
03:50With the repair work,
03:52the children will be provided with basic facilities in the Andhra Pradesh Centres.
03:58As for the Aspirational Andhra Pradesh Centres,
04:02the government has announced that
04:05this year, at least 100 Andhra Pradesh Centres
04:08will be built in two districts,
04:12in which all the modern amenities will be provided to the children,
04:17and the beneficiaries, pregnant mothers and nursing mothers, will be provided.
04:25In which, the rain harvester system will be provided,
04:28the food, water, furniture, LED, RO unit will be provided,
04:33ECC material, furniture, and the small work will be done in the Andhra Pradesh Centres.
04:40In the sanitation facilities,
04:42the Anganwadi Centres,
04:44where there are no toilets,
04:46the government has committed that
04:48all the Anganwadi Centres,
04:50the toilet facility,
04:52and the tap water,
04:54will be supplied.
04:56In which, in the current year,
04:58we have set a rate of Rs. 2100.
