Since I have read the LN, I have a certain perspective on this series as I watch. I hope it can live up to the LN.
Beware of Light Novel spoilers. This episode basically redeems last episode for its story changes by being accurate to the LN and adding in a scene the LNs should've had from the start. So, I am more optimistic of the future of the series, even if my second favorite character in this franchise won't make it into this season (man I want Wyne introduced so badly).
