00:30by thinking and leadership strife.
00:34Its structured training program nurtured
00:37my organizational abilities and instilled in me
00:42a sense of...
00:44...
01:07Our track, our theme, which we got from the Indian government
01:10was Steering India Towards a Sustainable Future.
01:12First we won the quiz competition, then the SA competition,
01:15then the state-level championships and now we are representing India.
01:19Our topic was how to sustainably use garbage
01:23and how to alter consumer behavior.
01:26We presented a model in which you buy a $10 bottle for $20
01:31and return the same $20 bottle to another shopkeeper.
01:35The problem of garbage segregation will be solved.
01:38The problem of plastic segregation will be solved.
01:40Waste will be recycled directly.
01:42If there is segregation now, our Okhla landfill can be finished in a day.
01:47So we came up with a problem to solve this segregation
01:49to achieve the targets of India's Panchamrit in 2070.
01:53I am a mentor. I have come as a mentor to Viksit Bharat's program.
01:57We heard the presentation of all the students here.
01:59It was very good.
02:00These students have come from different states.
02:03About 3.3 million people have been selected here.
02:07We heard all the presentations of 16 students.
02:11We think this idea will help India a lot.
02:16With our mentorship, we will make the children's lives better.
02:21The day after tomorrow, all these ideas will be presented in front of Modi ji.
02:26It is a good opportunity for all the students
02:32to present their ideas in front of the Prime Minister.
02:37Thank you very much to the Ministry of Youth Affairs for organizing this program.
02:42It is on such a large scale so that it can show the world
02:46the power of youth in India.
02:49We are no less than anyone.
02:51This is just the beginning.
02:54Gather all the youth in one place
02:57and encourage them to go to all the states.
03:05I think Viksit Bharat is not just a concept of 100% development in one aspect.
03:10I think it covers all five and six aspects of festivities.
03:13To be very honest, we have to look at all sectoral categories
03:18which include political, economic, legal, technological,
03:23socio-cultural, environmental and what not.
03:26To begin with manufacturing, the theme itself involving Viksit Bharat,
03:32I think there are two major areas to focus on.
03:35First is credit access, which is the real innovators,
03:38the MSMEs or the rural area people are not getting enough credit,
03:42which is the first thing we need to work on.
03:44Secondly, I think policy reforms in terms of IPR or intellectual property rights,
03:48which will further help us forge into the field of manufacturing.
03:53It's a great opportunity to be at Bharat Mandapam
03:56and represent our ideas among the youth and to encourage our Prime Minister.
04:01So the main problem lies behind that no parents and no youth
04:07isn't getting into this field of agriculture.
04:10Agriculture has the potential to fulfill the hunger of the employment of the country.
04:16So we have to take a step in the agriculture field so that our country can grow.
04:23Viksit Bharat is the place where a youth has the power to start a new business.
04:30Our Bharat is more in support of the tertiary sector,
04:34so that they can work and not create jobs.
04:37So our PM Narendra Modi wants the youth to create jobs
04:42because that will increase the GDP and not just the GDP,
04:47but both the social and economic progress.
04:50And it's very important for us.
04:52This platform gives us the opportunity to meet the Prime Minister
04:57and meet the big ministers and get their and our opinions.
05:02So I would like to thank the Bharti government.
05:06They encouraged us, the youth, to create a start-up.
05:11And Viksit Bharat will do the same.
05:13I'm from Delhi and our team is called Making India, the Global Manufacturing Powerhouse.
05:18They say that democracy is of the people, by the people and for the people.
05:21And what better opportunity we could get
05:24rather than just representing the country and the ideas on this very great stage.
05:28So firstly, manufacturing is a very essential topic for India in this 21st century.
05:32And having the motive till 2047, I think it is the appropriate time to pitch on this resource.
05:38Now, what's the appropriate here?
05:40We have the resources, we have the workforce,
05:42but what we need to do is to align them at the right time, right opportunity and the right bureaucracy.
05:47So all these things which will happen at the very right time, this can make a huge difference.
05:52But the main thing is, we have to take care of the MSMEs first.
05:55The micro, small and medium enterprises can achieve huge gains
05:59if the policies are implemented correctly.
06:01And the government is rightly doing so by the policies like Making India,
06:04production-linked incentives and many more.
06:07So the infrastructure, policies and everything is there.
06:09And the workforce, like us youngsters, are also ready to explore this.
06:12So I am deeply grateful for the government to provide us this opportunity
06:15to share our opinions and to sit with these bureaucrats
06:18who are definitely going to frame these policies by incorporating our ideas.
06:21The first step would be to complete the digital divide between urban and rural states.
06:28So our solution was to encourage technology innovation hubs
06:34which would encourage leaders, professionals and researchers to come to the rural areas
06:40and tell their practitioners on how to use the particular app that they have developed
06:44and put it on ground use.
07:04This is a QR code.
07:06You can scan this QR code and download the app.
07:09You can download the app and connect it to the PM.
07:12You can also see the books here.
07:15You can see the books written by the PM here.
07:22There is an option for e-books in the app.
07:24So people can read from there as well.
07:26You can see an example of Namo AI.
07:30People can ask questions in this app.
07:32You can see the PM answering the questions in the form of Namo AI.
07:37There is also a selfie point.
07:39You can take a selfie with the PM.
07:42So people can connect to the PM in different ways.
07:47You can also see the VIP and EIP.
07:49You can see how every person is important for a developed India.
07:54When you go to the airport, there are many long queues.
08:00For example, there is DG Yatra.
08:02You can enter the airport through DG Yatra.
08:06There are many such QR codes that can be used by the public.
