00:00A phogo scam hub in Paranaque was involved in an illegal operation.

00:05More than 400 people were arrested and according to the authorities,

00:09someone is still being trained in the establishment despite the phogo ban.

00:24more than 400 people were involved in an illegal operation.

00:34Chinese, Vietnamese, Indonesian and Burmese nationals

00:38were arrested for violating the mission order issued by the Immigration and NBI.

00:42Some of the people escaped and passed through the fire exit

00:46but they were also caught outside the house.

00:49As of last count, there are 450 of different nationalities.

00:53They are mostly Chinese.

00:54Their operations have been the subject of surveillance proceedings for quite some time.

01:01According to the authorities, the phogo scam hub is a big operation for foreigners.

01:06Their modus is Love and Investment Scam.

01:09It is based on scams on computers.

01:12Many of them are still victims.

01:15This is what the remnants are doing.

01:22They don't want to stay here in the Philippines to victimize other people.

01:30We are listening to the reaction of the arrested foreigners.

01:38According to the people of the Bureau of Immigration,
