00:00In 2023, when Manish was in 7th grade, he told one of our life science teachers,
00:09that in the fall of 2021, there will be a storm, can you do something about it?
00:14At that time, we were in the elementary level of the Children's Science Congress.
00:19We gave our name to that competition and started working.
00:24At that time, we qualified for this competition in Mahakoba and Jhelas.
00:30This competition was held in Rajasthan in 2024,
00:34and we won the competition in Rajasthan.
00:37The competition was so interesting,
00:40because now we need to find an alternative source of electricity,
00:45which can be a solution to cotton or jute.
00:48We saw in this work that the particles coming out of jute and the particles coming out of jute flowers,
00:55they are more harmful than cotton or jute.
01:01They have a lot of activity, they can take color,
01:05even if you wash it with acid, the color does not wash off.
01:09So we started thinking about it,
01:11that we can use it for alternative purposes.
01:15Our student Manish Nayak, who is now in the 9th grade,
01:20is nominated for the National Children's Science Congress.
01:25And from January 3 to 6, the National Children's Science Congress was held in Bhopal,
01:31where scientists from all over India were present.
01:35And not only from India, but also from outside India,
01:38from Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE,
01:42he came to the Bhopal Rabindranath Convention Center,
01:45where the National Children's Science Congress was held.
01:49There he gave a 8-minute presentation,
01:52and it was very much appreciated.
01:55And if this work can be used industrially,
01:59then there is a future for this work, I think.
02:02And apart from this, Manish's biggest achievement is that
02:07just 15 days before the National Children's Science Congress,
02:11the National School Games of the School Games Federation of India,
02:15he represented the Bangla Rajya Dal in Kabaddi in the U-14 division.
02:20And for that, he played national games in Amaravati in Maharashtra.
