We start the day in the car with Eric and Rickie after Eric’s doctor appointment. Rickie says it wasn’t easy watching Eric get blood work done and was happy he didn’t faint. They make a stop at Walmart to pick up ingredients for dinner. The picked up some lights for their room and set those up when they get home. Rickie films the process of prepping the veggies and chicken for skewers they plan to make on the BBQ. Eric helps make the skewers and Rickie places them on the BBQ along with some foiled cabbage. Unfortunately, we don’t get to see how the cabbage turned out.
