00:27the elections of Maharashtra, Jammu and Kashmir and Jharkhand came.

00:31When the elections were over, Delhi's wrestling began.

00:35When the elections were over, the elections of Bihar came.

00:38These ongoing elections are a hindrance in the development of the country.

00:43Acharya Sahib, there is no work of development.

00:46The officers of one district go to another district as observers.

00:50When they go to another district, the work of this district also gets spoilt.

00:56The money is spent unnecessarily by the government,

00:59by the political parties,

01:01and the politicians also get involved in the elections.

01:10These ongoing elections are a hindrance in the development of the country.

01:15And because of them, the political parties are afraid of taking long-term decisions due to the votes.

01:22And that is why, my brothers and sisters,

01:25the Lok Sabha and Bidhan Sabha elections should be held once every five years,

01:33so that the governments can serve you for four and a half years.
