00:07the S.H.O. city got an information that Ashwini Kumar, a.k.a. Kukku,

00:12was shot dead by an unidentified man at his house at 4 in the morning.

00:16This Ashwini Kumar Kukku is the son of Punjab's Vice-President Shiv Sena Balthakare.

00:21When the S.H.O. city got this information, the police of the city came into action

00:26and started the investigation.

00:29After the investigation, the CCTV cameras were checked,

00:33more information was gathered, and the forensic team was called to the location.

00:37During the investigation, it was found out that the complainant, Ashwini Kumar, a.k.a. Kukku,

00:43is the son of Punjab's Vice-President Shiv Sena Balthakare.

00:46He himself came out of his house,

00:50fired bullets at the gate of his house,

00:52and after firing the bullets, he entered the house again.

00:56After all this investigation, when we called him, he was interrogated.

01:01During the interrogation, it was found out that his friend,

01:05a.k.a. Avanjit Singh Bedi, who lives at the focal point,

01:09took the license plate of his gun and fired the bullets at his house.

01:16The reason for firing the bullets was that he wanted to fight for the security of Punjab Police.

01:21That's why he planned all this conspiracy.

01:24Both of them together, during the interrogation,

01:27his revolver was recovered,

01:29two rounds that were fired on the spot were also recovered,

01:33and three live rounds were recovered.

01:35After that, he was registered under F.I.R. No. 1025 P.A.C.D.,

01:41under Section 207-240 B.N.S., and was arrested.
