00:03I am working under the block coordinator of Aspiration Block here at Bamani Mandalam.

00:07So, this program was launched by NITIAYAG.

00:11Since March 2023, NITIAYAG has decided from the Aspiration Block

00:17that NITIAYAG should promote this program in all fields.

00:22They have given some instructions.

00:24Instructions have been given in 40 sections.

00:26In those, health, nutrition, education, social development, agriculture, infrastructure development, etc.

00:33They have specifically identified this mandalam.

00:37Similarly, there are approximately 500 such mandalas in our country.

00:41In that, under the Aspiration Block,

00:43we have identified Bamani Mandalam in Manyam district.

00:50In every 3 months, they are showing the development in these 40 indicators.

00:58Based on that, the delta ranking is given.

01:01So, in Bamani Mandalam,

01:03based on the growth and development achieved in each section,

01:08we got the first rank in the whole of South India.

01:11They recognized that and gave us a reward of 1.5 crores.

01:17Our Collector has given specific instructions for this.

01:21Along with that, in every section,

01:23under the instructions and guidelines of our Collector,

01:27we followed each and every one of them and developed it.

01:31In this journey, each and every mandala officer,

01:34based on their responsibilities,

01:36has given indicators in their respective fields.

01:397 for health, 7 for nutrition,

01:4211 for education,

01:45and 5 for agriculture.

01:47For each and every section,

01:49based on their percentage,

01:5130% for health and nutrition,

01:5320% for education,

01:55and 20% for agriculture.

01:58So, based on the growth they achieved in their fields,

02:02and by improving our overall performance in each field,

02:06we got the first rank in the whole of South India in March 2024.

02:13The Central Government, Narendra Modi,

02:16praised us and approved our proceedings.

02:19Along with that, in every section,

02:21we are also making proposals.

02:23In which fields, what gaps are there?

02:25What kind of projects should we start?

02:29Buildings can be constructed,

02:31or what can be done in their fields?

02:33All these were also instructed.

02:35In the instructions given by the Collector,

02:37the MLA also took a look at it.

02:39We are trying to put more proposals in the fields

02:42with more beneficiaries.
