00:00A late 3-2 defeat against Hadley must obviously be frustrating after a pretty positive performance

00:33chances and three or four decent balls into the box so it's real tough ones to take.

01:20down here this season in terms of how they've played, they're a good side and they work
01:24hard and they're good at the good things and the bad things and that's something that
01:29we lack a little bit of so it's one of them, it's tough to take but we've got to accept
01:34it and move on and we've got to come out against Saturday now.
01:36Yes, I mean that second goal from Kieran Rodgers where he's got the ball back to goal and just
01:40spun and found the corner and there's not a lot that can be done about that sort of thing.
01:43No, and listen the two passes previously of the top draw so I just think we've got to
01:48take it on the chin and say well done for that goal but it's the other two and then
01:52what we don't do to score our goals.
01:55Half time though, you must have been really happy there, you braced into that 2-0 lead
01:58and played really well in that first half.
02:00We come in and normally we don't start well and it goes against us and we've got a mountain
02:05to climb, we didn't start well and we were 2-0 up, I don't know maybe it was difficult
02:10for the lads to work out how it happened but nonetheless they don't stop and they've come
02:16and got three points they deserve now.

02:24Yes, we're a bit fed bear on our squad a little bit at the minute so we've had to bring a
02:29couple of players in, help us out, give us numbers and be able to get through, we've
02:34got quite a lot of injuries and to be fair it's good to have a contact with them that
02:38can help us out but it's not long-term fixes but anything to positive, two good quality players.
02:44And felt they made an impact?
02:47Yes, Charlie won a lot of things aerially and we probably didn't get around him, second
02:51balls, Lamar goes in and works hard, he's industrious, he breaks things up and he looks
02:56to get the ball moving quickly and they were definitely a positive for us, irrelevant of
03:00the result.
03:01Adam Pointer looked a real threat again?
03:04Yes, the last six weeks he's been our standout player and to be honest, big signing for us
03:10when we brought him in, he's been really positive for us and his attitude's really good, he's
03:14played in four or five different positions for me, even ones he doesn't want to and just
03:17gets on with it and if players could learn from him.
03:21Obviously the red card at the end is a poor challenge to say the least from them, obviously
03:28it's rightly sent off.
03:30Yes, it's a red card, there's a reaction coming from it and there's an aftermath of everything
03:34that's gone on but that's got no bearing on what's happened in the result of games, those
03:40sort of things, you don't want them to happen, they happen, we've got to move on as long
03:44as nothing serious happens from it.
03:46The lad's probably struggling to play now for a couple of weeks but I don't think it's
03:50anything more than that.

03:54Ballum, obviously at home on Saturday, take the positives from today and chances created
04:01and look to get back to winning ways with that one?
04:03Yes, I think we've got to be aiming to get three points against Saturday as we did try
04:07to do today and just go from there with it.
04:13It is tough in the moment but you've got to look back at the things you did do well and
04:18keep trying to build on that in the next few games.
04:24There's things we could have done better, all over the pitch, off the pitch, as a coach
04:28and set-up, as a plan set-up but that's probably why we are where we are.
04:33Sometimes we make the right choice, sometimes we don't and it's cost us today.
04:37We've got to get back to winning ways.
