00:00Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin assured the Marcos administration will uphold the right of the people to peaceably assemble as guaranteed by the constitution in reference to the massive gathering of the Iglesia Ni Cristo or INC today.
00:14The cabinet official says there's a strong belief the national rally for peace will be meaningful and peaceful.
00:20Also, the executive secretary disclosed the government is hopeful the sentiments and opinions expressed in the peace rally will help clarify issues facing the nation and continuous pursuit of unity.
00:32Bersamin added one will only achieve clarity once one listens to the side who has a different take on the issue.
00:38Lastly, he stated the Marcos administration's views today's assembly as part of a national conversation to clarify issues that affect the country.
