00:00We were limited a little bit, sort of the maximum we were looking at was picking a squad
00:09of 33, we ended up picking 34 because we get a chance to go to France with a really short
00:16preparation time in terms of that Friday night and then we're down to Nice for a week on
00:21a camp which we've done before which has been hugely positive for us and before we go to
00:26Rome for that second game.
00:28We know it's about performance, we know it's about results, like I said those first two
00:32games are really important for us, that game in Paris when it's going to be tough and then
00:37obviously the Italy game and it's also a tournament about momentum too, you give a couple of good
00:44performance results and you never know what can happen in this tournament.
00:48So we're excited about the squad, we're excited about the balance and the mixture and obviously
00:57with some experienced players coming back in to bolster the squad I think it's going
01:02to be a real positive for us.
01:03A big point, we've spoken about 10 as being the position for us in terms of developing
01:08some strength and depth over the next couple of years and looking to short term and long
01:14term in terms of building some players that get some experience in that 10 position.
01:21Look back to the Six Nations last year when we were ahead at 62 minutes and they brought
01:25all their bench on which had a massive impact probably in the last 15 minutes and we weren't
01:29able to deal with the impact of their bench.
01:32Probably playing France first up is not a bad thing for us to do, they tend to take
01:37a little bit of time to get going in a Six Nations so getting them first up is a bit
01:43of a replica of what happened in 2019 so hopefully we can get off to a good start.
