00:00I constantly complained to my landlord from the moment I moved into the property
00:05and their response has always been to do some sort of temporary repair. I then
00:12further asked for my housing file. When I received a copy I realized they were
00:17exchanging emails saying negative things about me, about telling each other to shut
00:22me down, pitting each other having to deal with me and visit me and also just
00:27basic generally marginalizing it and making me look like an idiot. I will
00:33admit in completely upfront I'm no wilting elderly wallflower and I don't
00:39take nothing from nobody and I am extremely outspoken so for me this is
00:46the consequence of that. But I've been patient with my landlord for 15 months
00:50to then have my ceiling fall in which was inevitable and to have other health
00:55problems which also was inevitable comes as no surprise to me. You know they
01:01have no investment in older people. They claim to be a charitable organization
01:06not-for-profit claiming to provide housing to people over 55. Well my
01:11experience is do yourself a favor don't let your relatives ever ever live in an
01:18anchor property because this is the consequence of doing such.
