A woman who worked as a Personal Assistant to the former Harrods boss Mohamed Al Fayed has broken her silence about the sexual abuse she says she suffered at his hands. Tanya Addison says Al Fayed would "make you sit on his lap" and "often kiss you on the mouth". She adds she was preyed upon almost as soon as she started working for Al Fayed in the 1990s, leaving her feeling "very frightened" and "deeply ashamed". Tanya has now joined a string of other women who have bravely come forward to make sexual allegations against the late Harrods boss. Report by Brooksl. 00:00I was on a sofa in the office and he was on top of me, like I knew I needed to get
00:05him off and I, there was a struggle. I was very frightened, I was very frightened.
00:11Like I didn't even ring and tell my parents. I just felt humiliated and
00:17ashamed. I felt ashamed, yeah, I felt really deeply ashamed and it just, though
00:24I just could not articulate that to anyone about what was, I was feeling, but
00:32I knew I had to go back into work the next day. I was frightened to not go back
00:36into work. Somebody would come out and say Mr. Fye, I would like you to go in to
00:41see him. So you would go into his office and it was in his office where he would
00:52make you sit on his lap. He would pull you down and make you sit on his lap. He
00:58would sort of invite you and say come to Papa, you know, and he'd kind of pull
01:02you down. He would oftentimes sort of kiss you on the mouth. The network of
01:09people that he had around him to protect him was a terrifying environment and
01:16it's not easy to explain that to someone unless you've been in it.
