00:21the police found a man who was involved in a carnapping and murder case here in the city of Manila.

00:28The man was arrested while using illegal drugs.

00:32He was only a few meters away from a precinct in the area.

00:35Here is my report.

00:42The people of Baseco Police Station discussed this house in Manila

00:47where the subject of the operation, Alias Ismael, is hiding.

00:51According to the police, he was involved in a carnapping and murder case in Baseco

00:57and other parts of Manila.

00:59They found a sedan and a tuk-tuk that belonged to the chairman of Baseco.

01:07This was found here in Block 15 last year.

01:11We've been looking for it for a long time.

01:13It's so happy that it was found in Del Pan.

01:15We went there several times, but we couldn't find it.

01:21was arrested while using illegal drugs in a house a few meters away from a precinct in the area.

02:08and defamation in the Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
