00:10said the Philippine Coast Guard Spokesperson for the West Philippine Sea, Commodore J. Tariella,
00:15that this is the mandate of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.
00:20This was said by Tariella following a report on the China Coast Guard's monstership
00:26that is in the exclusive economic zone of the Philippines.
00:29The China Coast Guard was confirmed by the PCG this January.
