01:05There's a provision in the Senate Bill that CSE, or Comprehensive Sexuality Education,

01:10must be standardized and implemented in all public and private basic education institutions.

01:17It must be integrated into the school curriculum,

01:20which is guided by DEPED and international standards.

01:23What are the guidelines? International standards.

01:27What do international standards say? Let's go to the WHO.

01:32WHO, 0 to 4 year olds are to be taught early childhood masturbation.

01:394 to 6 years old are to be taught skills to talk about sexual matters.

01:45I am rejecting this bill.

01:47But Villanueva clarified that it will be implemented tomorrow

01:49based on the provision about international standards.

01:53According to Senator Risa Honteveros, author of the bill,

01:57the right place to clarify the Senate Bill is in the period of interpellation or debate.

02:03She said that the opinions of fellow citizens will be heard tomorrow.

02:07Let's not think in advance.

02:09All of these speculations, fears, and conspiracy theories

02:14will be debunked and clarified

02:17if we open the debate on the Prevention of Adolescent Pregnancy Bill in the plenary.

03:12for some amendments to the bill.

03:17that he did not want to be the co-author of the bill.

03:20And based on the Senate records,

03:22he was put as the co-author because the committee he holds

03:25is considered a secondary committee

03:27because of its health-related aspect.
