00:00Arrested while applying for a visa extension in the Philippines is an American

00:05due to his sexual assault in America.

00:08South African nationals were arrested in Niha

00:11after they were caught with millions of pesos worth of shabu.

00:21Bought in handbags and packets of chips and biscuits,

02:15The U.S. Embassy itself provided information

02:18to their countrymen

02:20that he has a warrant until July 2024

02:22for his sexual assault on a client.

02:26The BI is now investigating if Gaiwan has a local case

02:29to be deported back to the U.S.

02:31We are still trying to get hold of him

02:34while he is in prison at the BI Detention Facility

02:36in Camp Bagong Biwa.
