00:00Just last night, we caught a cyclist who counter-flowed on the North Luzon Expressway.

00:08The man in the viral video was just caught.

00:11This is Raffy Tima's report.

00:17This dash cam footage of a motorist in Marteza Endex Northbound in the Philippine Arena is viral and has more than 500,000 views on social media.

00:25A cyclist who was riding a bicycle next to the Central Island suddenly appeared.

00:29He counter-flowed and was chased by an Endex patrol officer.

00:32The motorist was shocked by the incident.

00:49Why did he not stop? Was he able to explain?

00:55He didn't have much to say. All I heard from him was thank you. That's all. He couldn't speak properly.

01:03He didn't stop, but the cyclist stopped him.

01:06He immediately got in the patrol car and was taken out of the expressway.

01:09He was also chased. According to Endex, this was just a joke.

01:13It seemed like nothing happened, so he entered the expressway.

01:15He was just taught to go straight there.

01:19He didn't seem to know the expressway, so he got lost.

01:23The Bicycle Rider has yet to respond to GMI Integrated News.

01:26Aside from the dangerous actions of the cyclist, according to Endex, bicycles are not allowed on the expressway, according to the law.

01:33Our signage is complete. It's just an aerodrome.

01:38Endex is reminding motorists to be careful, especially at the entrance and exit of the expressway.

01:44Their personnel will continue to be alert so this won't happen again.
