00:14These are games about beating the snot out of each other, right?
00:25Number 20, Reina, Tekken 8 Look, we can't knock against Reina.
00:40Reina is the best girl in Tekken 8, and admittedly, she isn't sexualized in any way physically,
00:46not compared to Tekken's other deadly vixens like Christy Montero.
00:49However, everything changed when Bandai Namco Entertainment added a feature where you could
00:54choose which character you want for your menu background.
00:57Each character had unique poses, but when we saw Reina, BNE knew how to reach the internet
01:03through Reina's flirtatious eyes.
01:06Never would expect a daughter of Heihachi to be anywhere close to having Riz.
01:17Number 19, Nagi the Spurious, Bloody Roar 4 We have nothing against Nagi as a character.
01:32Gorgeous young woman with a street punk look and demon powers living inside her?
01:36That's a badass story.
01:38But when you look at the motifs of the rest of the cast, and how they dress like the beasts
01:42they turn into, that's when questions start to arise.
01:45Why is Nagi just a biker girl showing more skin in both her default form and her beast
01:50form?
01:51She's an attractive character, yes, but why make no change to her appearance besides the
01:55red growths?
01:56It kinda seems like Konami was trying to inject a little bit of Dead or Alive into Bloody
02:01Roar.
02:10Number 18, Vega, Street Fighter Series While Vega isn't exactly sexualized, he is
02:23often romanticized.
02:25We can't exactly blame him for looking so damn good though.
02:28He's got the muscle, the manly ponytail, and the fit stature.
02:31The thing is that this is a murderous man with a lethal set of Wolverine claws.
02:36Something about the guy really fits his M.O. when he's blending bloodshed with rose petals.
02:42Perhaps that's the weird personality he needed for Capcom to make him stand out from
02:46the roster though.
02:50Number 17, Shiki, Samurai Shodown Series Much like Vega in Street Fighter, Shiki is
03:01yet another cold-blooded killer with some sort of seduction tactic going on.
03:06Not only does she like to get up close and personal with her kills, Shiki also executes
03:11them in semi-sensual ways.
03:14We can recognize that part of her behavior is probably stemming from her desire to find
03:18the perfect body of a man to resurrect Yuga the Dark Lord.
03:21Still, does she have to be flirty with every single opponent?
03:33Number 16, Azrael, BlazBlue Series
03:45This handsome hunk of a man doesn't even know what a shirt is.
03:49Whenever Azrael is on screen, the dude just has to make sure his six packs of six-pack
03:54abs are always within view.
03:56Seriously, where does his chest begin and pecs end?
04:00Regardless, it's best you try not to focus on that for too long as he does boast some
04:04devastating abilities.
04:06Considering his raw power and excellent reach, you'd think maybe Azrael would at least wear
04:11something a bit more intimidating than just an open-ab display case.
04:16Number 15, Shiva, Mortal Kombat Series
04:34You ever want to see Goro in a sling?
04:36Well, just look at Shiva.
04:38In Mortal Kombat's defense, the Shokan are a race of beings that take pride in their
04:42physical strength.
04:44That said, maybe there are some like Shiva who want to show their muscle mass.
04:48Even so, did Shiva really have to be designed in something so skimpy?
04:52It doesn't make sense either when Goro and Kintaro get some amount of armor plating.
04:57At least Shiva got a better design in MK11.
05:00The Centaur would soon dominate Shao Kahn's forces, while the Shokan would move inexorably
05:07toward extinction.
05:09Number 14, Li Mei, Mortal Kombat Series
05:12Okay, so we can understand Li Mei's place in the story.
05:22She and her people were enslaved by Quan Chi after she failed to win the Deadly Alliance
05:26tournament, and so they were forced to build the Well of Souls for the sorcerer.
05:31That's where her story pretty much ends.
05:33So if she is an outworlder like Bo Rai Cho, Reiko, and Scarlet, why is she dressed like
05:39she's ready for the beach?
05:40Li Mei did not look ready for combat at all back in the day, and even for narrative purposes
05:46it didn't make sense why she was designed in skimpy attire.
05:57Number 13, Mewtwelve, BlazBlue Series
06:10Don't get us wrong, BlazBlue is a kickass series of fighting games.
06:14We just gotta point out the weird design of Mewtwelve.
06:17It gives off some mecha-kill-la-kill vibes, but for a fighting game it doesn't make
06:22much sense.
06:23Her torso is practically exposed completely, yet all four of her limbs are decked out in
06:28majestic robot armor.
06:30All we're saying is if you wanted to keep her sexy, you could have just left her when
06:34she was known as Noelle Vermillion.
06:36The whole sexy robot girlfriend angle here just doesn't cut it, even for something as
06:40extreme and odd as BlazBlue.
06:54Number 12, Hanouka, Dead or Alive Series
07:05Hanouka feels as if someone's fanfiction character is trying to weasel into Dead or
07:10Alive.
07:11She is utterly useless in the story, is constantly being aloof with Mary Rose, and offers nothing
07:16interesting to DOA's lore.
07:19Despite how awful she is as a character, Hanouka is often given an obscene amount of costumes
07:24for seemingly no reason.
07:26Oh wait, it's actually two big reasons.
07:29The DOA ladies were already perfect in their own beautiful and sexy ways.
07:34So when did this ditz join the fray and why is she here?
07:37Just to sell scantily clad DLC costumes?
07:48Number 11, Juri, Street Fighter Series
07:56Since her debut in Street Fighter IV, Juri has cemented herself as a real femme fatale.
08:01She really follows her spider motif as she often flirts with others to get them to fight
08:05her.
08:06But do you know what people really seem to like about her the most?
08:10We can't quite put our finger on it.
08:13Although we have a feeling there must be a lot of love for the way she kicks, juggles,
08:17and heel stumps.
08:18Capcom has certainly not shied away from this side of Juri either.
08:22Have you seen the woman's critical art in Street Fighter VI?
08:30Number 10, Felicia, Darkstalkers Series
08:39Players who like clawing their opponents can't go wrong with maining Felicia.
08:43She's been bringing the feline fury since the first Darkstalkers.
08:47However, her presence has always left us so confused.
08:51Is she a busty anthropomorphic cat or a human with feline characteristics?
08:56Based on her features, we're inclined to believe she's more woman and less cat.
09:01But that makes the fact she's clad only in her own fur even more striking.
09:04Look, we love Felicia with all our hearts.
09:07But if you're gonna do the whole cat lady thing, at least go all the way like the designers
09:11did with John Talbain.
09:13He's basically a full dog.
09:20Number 9, Valentine, Skullgirls
09:29Valentine is arguably the most, well, alluring of the Skullgirls.
09:33Her bewitching voice, outfit, and figure certainly make her stand out.
09:36However, does anyone else get the feeling that Valentine is trying to be too many things
09:41at once?
09:42She's double dipping into the attractive nurse and captivating ninja archetypes.
09:46Which are you, Valentine?
09:48A nurse with the tools of a ninja?
09:49A ninja with the tools of a nurse?
09:51Or are you just both?
09:53Do you beat people up, then nurse them back to health?
09:56It might be a good idea to pick one.
10:01Number 8, Eno, Guilty Gear Series
10:08Eno is another example of a character double dipping into incongruous categories, this
10:13time as a witchy musician.
10:15Alright, we'll admit that combination is actually pretty cool.
10:19But Eno's backstory is basically nonsense.
10:22When humanity was in danger of extinction, all their hope for the future became a force
10:27known as magical foci.
10:29Eno came to be after this energy was placed inside a human body.
10:34How the collective hopes and dreams of humanity resulted in a vicious, manipulative, guitar-wielding
10:39fighter with a witch's hat is anyone's guess.
10:42All we know is that Guilty Gear gets really freaking weird.
10:50Number 7, Nioh Tengu, Dead or Alive Series
10:56Sure at a glance there's nothing obviously disturbing about Nioh Tengu, and she wouldn't
11:00have made the list had she been introduced a lot earlier in the series.
11:04What makes her a tad uncomfortable is that she had almost the exact same moveset as the
11:09monstrous Tengu Bankotsubo, the final boss of Dead or Alive 2.
11:14Although we know they're two different characters, it still feels weird playing what is essentially
11:18a more shapely version of a cruel mythical creature.
11:22It doesn't help seeing Nioh Tengu occasionally lick her lips when she wins.
11:32Number 6, Makoto Naniya, BlazBlue Series
11:39Felicia isn't the only humanoid animal fighter on our list.
11:43Makoto is part hyperactive squirrel, part human warrior.
11:47Which really makes you wonder, why are all the adorable animals getting thick thighs
11:51and buxom bodies?
11:53Who ever looked at a squirrel and pictured these kinds of curves and a tiny top and skirt?
11:58You know what, we don't want to know.
12:00What makes her stand out even more is the barely there outfit she wears in battle and
12:04some unlockable character art.
12:07We wouldn't know whether to give this cute squirrel girl a pat on the head or ask her
12:11on a date.
12:12Number 5, Unown, Tekken Series
12:27We are aware that Unown could be a version of Jun Kazama from Tekken 2 who would later
12:32appear in the tag tournament spin-offs.
12:34This gorgeous villainess is covered head to toe in purple slime and that's it.
12:39But just like the mystery of her outfit, her story has never been properly cleared up.
12:44Gameplay wise, Unown is basically a substitute for that wooden dummy Mokujin.
12:49Like that character, she just copies everyone else's moves.
12:53There was also supposedly going to be a storyline where she's revealed to be Jun's sister,
12:57but it never officially happened.
12:59So we have this extremely attractive villainess in purple stuff that has no real purpose in
13:04the story.
13:05You're basically playing as hot Mokujin.
13:12Number 4, Iroha, Samurai Shodown Series
13:16Okay, we can see the allure behind the insanely attractive Iroha.
13:27However, this character holds a dark secret that may lead you to see her in a different
13:31light.
13:32Ready for this?
13:33This buxom beauty is actually a crane that transformed into the deadly maid you see before
13:39you.
13:40This is especially evident when she performs her special move where she lays the smackdown
13:44on her victim and briefly changes back into her true bird self.
13:49So first it was cats, then squirrels, now birds.
13:52What's next?
14:00Number 3, Voldo, Soulcalibur Series
14:07The Soul series has its own roster of good-looking guys and gals, but when it comes to the most
14:11sexualized, all eyes are on Voldo, and not in a flattering way.
14:17Just the manner in which this pale, deadly contortionist moves gives us the creeps.
14:22Is his idle moonwalk supposed to get us blushing?
14:24We're actually more compelled to run and hide, especially when he starts walking crab-style
14:30and thrusting the air.
14:32And what's with all this moaning and hissing?
14:34This dude's got issues, and his freaky fighting style is just creepy.
14:43Number 2, Android 21, Dragon Ball Fighters
14:50Android 21 made her debut in Dragon Ball Fighters as the main antagonist of the story, and honestly
14:56it left us feeling pretty confused about her whole existence, as well as how we should
15:00react to it.
15:01She's basically an attractive female version of Majin Buu, with the slightly playful nature
15:06of Kid Buu.
15:07Oh yeah, and she will devour anyone who stands in her way, by turning them into a delicious
15:12cupcake or macaroon.
15:14Oh, the savagery.
15:16The inhumanity.
15:17Why did she have to be designed like such a bae?

16:01with a truly intimidating set of chompers, and who's been depicted in very revealing
16:06clothing across the Mortal Kombat games.
16:09The result is an extremely weird fusion of the grotesque and the very attractive, at
16:14least when you forget what's underneath the mask.
16:17And well, how she bites people and slurps up their bodily fluids and spits out their
16:23It's an extremely strange juxtaposition, but one that's made her a very weird sex symbol.
