00:00So I'm Stacey Rogers, Head of Events and Enterprise at Halsow Inn College, so this is a bit of
00:05an idea we had to try and raise the spirits on Blue Monday in the local community. We've
00:09had excellent support from local suppliers who've donated food, funds, equipment, time
00:14to help us bring this together. Food is completely free but we are asking for donations to St
00:19Anne's Hostel for anyone that can. So this is the first time we've done this, so we're
00:24based at Halsow Inn College, we've got a training restaurant, training kitchens, so the future
00:29hospitality stars of the industry. So it gives them a chance to do external events
00:34as well and experience different types of trends like street food, so yeah we'll see
00:40how it goes today but we're hoping this will be one of many.
