00:00Ma'am, the next price hike for oil products is about to start.

00:08So far, this is the highest price hike for the year 2025.

00:15The increase in diesel is Php 2.70 per litre,

00:21Php 1.65 per litre of gasoline,

00:24and Php 2.50 per litre of kerosene.

00:28Here in Kinaroroonan, in one of the gas stations here in Quezon City,

00:32you can see that there are only a few motorists who are loading.

00:37But earlier, before 6 in the morning,

00:40when the big-time oil price hike was about to be carried out,

00:43there were a lot of cars that came here to Kinaroroonan gas station.

00:49There were trucks, cars, motorcycles,

00:52but most of them were taxis that we picked up and loaded

00:56before 6 o'clock, so that they can reach there before the sun rises.

01:00Before the big-time oil price hike was carried out,

01:04some gas stations were also lined up in Coronadal City.

01:11A lot of motorists came to load in one of the gas stations there.

01:17According to the gas station owner, the supply of diesel was almost depleted.

01:21Most of the people who came to load were tricycles and passenger vans.

01:26The long queue caused the heavy traffic.

01:30The situation is the same in other gas stations in the city.

01:35Today, more than Php 2 per litre of diesel and kerosene was loaded,

01:39and more than Php 1 per litre of gasoline.
