00:00You good? Congratulations on MasterChef. Hello. You good? You cannot lose this.
00:09If we lose this, we're screwed. You and I have a job. Amazing.
00:14Right, so we're going to put together the most amazing halal halal, right?
00:18You've all got secret ingredients, yes, to transform these incredible dishes.
00:24Danica, let's start with you. What is your secret ingredient?
00:26I have here a kamyas tompo. So kamyas is a sour fruit found here in the Philippines.
00:32It's crunchy, it's juicy, and it's sour. So it gives that nice balance to the sweet halal halal.
00:39Love that. Chef, give us an insight to see what you've got.
00:41I have here coba jam. I think it goes very well with tiri and all the other ingredients.
00:47Amazing, mate. Just one question. Do you need to keep that hair out of your halal halal?
00:51Yes.
00:52That's a very long ponytail, man. Oh my goodness me. Secret ingredient, what have you got?
00:57I have sesame foie gras. It's a local sweet delicacy.
01:02Chef, what have you sold up from upstairs?
01:04I have here, Chef, the tubo of salt from Bohol, Philippines. This is one of the rare salt in the Philippines.
01:11And the flavor is like a fruity and smoky flavor.
01:15Amazing. Right, they said we need some love, so all these incredible chefs have got 10 minutes.
01:20We love Chef! We love Chef!
01:23Give me an insight to learn this. I'm going to learn this out.
01:26I'm not focusing too much on the ingredients. I'm focusing much on the flavor.
01:30I'm sorry.
01:31Yes. It encompasses every ingredient. It coats every ingredient, so that's what I'm focusing.
01:35And I'll be adding some more sugar. Just the sugar, the butter, and the whole lentils.
01:44Thank you. Thank you.
01:45And you watch that show every time.
01:47I do. I watch it with my kids.
01:49And they just love you so much, and I do too. So it's a thing that we bond over.
01:56I love that. And the secret ingredient, how do you incorporate that?
02:00I have the black sesame powder on with me already. I'm going to put it in the middle, and I'm going to put some on top.
02:06So the balance of the saltiness and the sweetness from the powder on, there's also a bit of salt on it.
02:11So it's not going to be that salty.
02:13Thank you for the facial, by the way.
02:16How do you tell jackfruit is ripe from the outside?
02:19It has to be yellowish.
02:21Yellowish.
02:22Yeah.
02:23I love jackfruit.
02:24Amazing.
02:25Halfway, guys. Come on. Give me some love. Come on.

02:33Time's up.
02:37I have to laugh. I have to laugh.
02:39Well done.
02:40Yeah.
02:41It's a tough one. This is really tough.
02:44Chef, come here.
02:45I want Jesse James to wake up now. I'm going to feed him a hello hello for his breakfast, lunch and dinner.
02:50And there was one I felt that had an edge, and that separated.
02:55Just in terms of the contrast of the balance.
