Ahilyanagar - Many people want to attend Republic Day in New Delhi. But, if you get a special invitation from the Rashtrapati Bhavan itself... there will definitely be joy and a pleasant shock. Farmer Ramchandra Ganpat of Ahilyanagar is having this experience. He has received an invitation from the Rashtrapati Bhavan to attend the Republic Day. Ramchandra Ganpat Bhojne's family has been bringing firewood from the forest for many generations and cooking at home on the stove. He got information about the National Biogas Project Scheme from the officials of the Panchayat Samiti. After that, Bhojne, a farmer, implemented the National Biogas Project Scheme in his farm. Due to this project, farmer Bhojne will be able to attend a special program at Rashtrapati Bhavan. So the happiness of this farmer has skyrocketed. These farmers are residents of Kotul in Akole taluka. Two farmers from Maharashtra who have benefited from the National Biogas Project Scheme have been selected by the President's Office. Among them are farmers from Nanded and Ramchandra Bhojne from Ahilyanagar district. Rashtrapati Bhavan office has sent a special invitation to Bhojne to attend the Republic Day. Around 250 eminent personalities from various sectors of India and beneficiaries of government schemes have been selected for the 'At Home 2025' reception program to be held at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Invitation cards have been sent to these persons and requested to attend the Republic function. Ramchandra Bhojne is the only person from Ahilyanagar district who has been selected as a government beneficiary. This invitation card was given to him by Postman Vakchoure, Assistant Superintendent of Posts, Sangamner Postal Division, Santosh Joshi, on Saturday. The Bhojne family is overjoyed with the selection and special invitation from Rashtrapati Bhavan, India's highest office. They have decorated the house very well. Ramchandra Bhojne owns three acres of farm. They took deep pits seven feet wide and seven and a half feet high in half a gutta area. This national biogas project has been set up in the year 2023-2024. Since food is coming to ST, the government gave them a subsidy of 27 thousand rupees to build this project. Bhojne has spent 8 thousand rupees from himself. This project stood at a total cost of 35 thousand rupees. After setting up this project, there was a cow at home. With this increase, they currently have 8 cows. 8 to 10 kg cow dung is used for the project in a day. The project is being used for domestic hot water for cooking and bathing. The National Biogas Project brought huge benefits to the families today. They no longer needed to bring firewood from the forest and cook at home on the stove. On the other hand, since the price of gas tank has skyrocketed, there is no need to buy gas cylinders for cooking. Bhojane spread awareness about this national biogas project scheme in the village. As a result of that, Bhojne said that other farmers in the village are setting up projects in the fields in this way. "We are working to convey the upcoming schemes of the central and state governments to the farmers. 24 farmers of Akole taluka have benefited from this national biogas project scheme. The list of these farmers was called for by us on behalf of the central government. Ramchandra Bhojne was selected in it. He was directly from Rashtrapati Bhavan. "I was invited to attend," informed Akole Panchayat Samiti Krishi Adhikari. On Republic Day, the President will honor the farmer with a Shetkari Bhojane. All expenses to and from Delhi will be borne on behalf of Rashtrapati Bhavan - Akole Panchayat Samiti Krishi Adhikari, Vikas Chawre - On January 25, farmer Ramchandra Bhojne and agriculture officer Vikas Chaure are both going to leave Akole for Mumbai in a four-wheeler.
