00:00Drones, snipers, razor wire fencing and 25,000 personnel are among security measures being
00:09deployed for Donald Trump's inauguration today.
00:14What other precautions have been taken and how much work goes into something like this,
00:21Frank?
00:22Yeah, it's so it's literally tens of thousands of law enforcement officers, National Guard
00:28troops and lots and lots of money.
00:32And the move to put the inaugural ceremony indoors instead of outdoors actually was
00:39a boon, a benefit for security procedures.
00:43Yet, let's not forget that throughout the afternoon and evening, you will see several
00:48large important parties and receptions throughout Washington, D.C. that might be viewed as softer
00:55targets for people who have ill will.
00:58You've got the Capital One Arena where people who could not be outside watching an outdoor
01:03ceremony were put inside.
01:05You've got an estimated quarter million Americans wandering around D.C. who thought they'd be
01:11admitted to the outdoor area and can't even get into the Capital One Arena.
01:16So now they're in town looking for something to do.
01:20So we've got to get through this day and tonight with regard to safety and security.
