00:12issues with the pump station and the sewage line, we've spent circa around £50,000.

00:19We are in a position where we're having to organise tankers to manually remove sewage,

00:28otherwise sewage spills over.

00:32When it fills too high, you can smell it all around the area.

00:36That's costing us £2,800 a month, split between nine residents, so you can imagine the financial

00:43burden this is placing on us and it's a huge stress and yeah, I mean we're just desperate

00:50to get the issues resolved but there just doesn't seem to be any light at the tunnel.
