"Song of the Wood Stork" was written and filmed by Pamela Storch while encountering these magnificent creatures during her travels around the world. These very wood storks that she filmed and encountered, were the inspiration for the lyrics which she later went back to her hotel room and wrote. The lyrics are also featured as poem number 30 in her book "Boats on a River Midnight".
