00:24According to the Bureau of Fire Protection,
00:26two four-story commercial buildings were burned in the area, including parts of the vehicle.
00:32The fire was raised to the second alarm at 7.59pm.

00:40The fire started on the first floor of the rail park of Dulong Gusalit.
