Debut album by psychedelic hard rock band Zior from Southend-on-Sea, East of England, England. The group formed in 1970 but because of contractual reasons they first released an album under the name Monument. Zior were one of the underground bands of the first English hard progressive season, and who's compositions was linked a dark and pagan esoteric imagery deeply immersed in the magic and spirituality combines to typical heavy rock in vogue at the times. The cover sleeve was by Keith Keef Macmillian who also made the cover of the first Black Sabbath's album.
