00:38So, he instructed that an integrated plan should be made for Kanpur,

00:43And not only for Kanpur, but for the surrounding areas as well.

00:47So, as the Commissioner has said, all that has been taken up.

00:50It is a matter of your master plan.

00:51Now, it is in its final stages.

00:53That too will happen very soon.

00:54The Chief Minister has approved about 50-52 master plans.

00:57And soon, the 20-22 master plans that are left,

01:00the last master plan of Kanpur was also approved by the Commissioner in the Board.

01:09You saw that the industry has started there.

01:11In the same way, there is a very large infrastructure of railways in Kanpur.

01:14In Kanpur, the outer ring road, which was told by Santosh Yadav, the Chairman of NHI,

01:21The NHI officials have come and said that the work has started.

01:23The land is also being acquired.

01:25It should happen that all these people should be joined,

01:27with the support of the representatives,

01:29all the departments should be joined with the Central State Government,

01:32and a complete regional plan should be made,

01:34in which everything should have a so-called time-bound solution.

01:37That is what has been taken up.

01:39So, in this way, it is a long process.

01:42It takes about a year to make this project.

01:44And then there will be a five-year implementation plan for the first phase.

01:47Whatever will be done, will be done by 2051.
