01:30On the occasion of the Day of Brahmaji, a kalpa is like a day for a human being.
01:56Those who stay in Prayag for three nights get the result of penance in one kalpa.
02:02But the rule of kalpavasa is different.
02:04Kalpavasa is done once a month.
02:07And it is done even after the bath of Trijata.
02:10It is done from the full moon of the post or from the beginning of Makara Sankranti to the full moon of the month.
02:16Kalpavasa is the one that gives good karma.
02:19Good means one who has no desires.
02:22When one attains good karma, he is liberated.
02:27So, when a Kalpavasa enters, he should worship Ganga ji.
02:34And he should ask for forgiveness from her and accept her permission to enter.
02:39Because this is the area of Ganga.
02:41After that, we should make a hut and plant a tree of Kedali and Tulsi Maa in front of each hut.
02:52Because Tulsi Maa is dear to Vishnu and Vedi Madhav.
02:56And Kela is the form of Lord Brihaspati.
02:59So, if the Guru helps us and God is pleased, then our vow is fulfilled.
03:06We should not be affected by jealousy, hatred, deceit, etc.
03:11Even a mental touch can destroy our Kalpavasa.
03:15That is why, if you do Satsang continuously with a concentrated feeling and do Vasa for a month,
03:20then the fruit of Vasa in all the pilgrimages of the universe,
03:24the fruit of the darshan of the pilgrims,
03:26the fruit of the darshan of the Tridev,
03:28the one who does Kalpavasa attains liberation.
03:32And the poverty of his family also gets rid of.
03:35Kalpavasa, as it is described in the scriptures,
03:40is equal to Kalpa.
03:42The arrangement of Kalpa,
03:44the fruit of 4,32,000,000 years was done in a month.
03:50And we have come here to purify the mind on the banks of this holy river.
03:56To give up material happiness and move towards true happiness is called Kalpavasa.
04:01And true happiness is the attainment of God.
04:03The peace of mind.
04:07And when will we attain peace?
04:11When we put our mind in God.
04:13We will purify the mind on the banks of the holy river Ganga.
04:17And as it is said in the ancient scriptures,
04:21why is the name Ganga mentioned?
04:23Because Ga means wealth, Anga means body.
04:25Ganga.
04:27Ga means Garal.
04:30The one who destroyed the poison of all the organs,
04:34that is why his name is Ganga.
04:38And Kalpavasa means to purify the mind.
04:42And the name of worship is Kalpavasa.
04:46How long have you been doing this?
04:48Since 1996.
04:50Since 1996,
04:52I have been doing Kalpavasa
04:54on the banks of this holy river.
04:56I am from Sangam,
04:58from Nakas Kona.
05:00And when I thought of Ganga,
05:02it was the first time
05:04that I have been to this temple.
05:06And I have decided for a month
05:08that I will run this Bhandara.
05:10So every morning we do Prasad.
05:12And with the blessings of Ganga,
05:14there is peace and happiness in our house.
05:16And in the morning and evening
05:18when we have to bathe,
05:20we do Pooja and worship.
05:22And our children
05:24will be happy.
05:26With the blessings of Ganga,
05:28they will be dependent on us.
05:30And if they call us,
05:32we will come again.
05:34We are from Priyag.
05:36We are very proud
05:38that we are from Priyag
05:40and we have come here.
05:42We are not going to do anything.
05:44All the responsibility is of Ganga.
05:46We have come here
05:48with the children's wisdom.
