Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has been revitalized by the company’s AI initiatives, according to Facebook investor Jim Breyer. The venture capitalist invested in Facebook in 2005. Speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Breyer said Zuckerberg feels “unleashed” as Meta prioritizes generative AI. Breyer predicts Meta could become a top player in AI within five years, citing its open-source contributions and technology investments. Zuckerberg attended President Donald Trump’s inauguration alongside other tech leaders as Meta competes with OpenAI and Elon Musk’s xAI in the AI sector.
