00:00And let's talk about the big one.
00:02Let's face facts.
00:03The Coup de Grace, the night game,
00:05is the Bills and Chiefs at Arrowhead.
00:08Yeah, and you know what's funny?
00:10The Bills, if you talk to anyone there,
00:14the Bills know in the regular season
00:16they've looked really, really good.
00:17And then in the post-season against the Chiefs,
00:20no matter where the game is,
00:21they should not be able to get the job done.
00:220-3 in the post-season.
00:24We know about the overtime game,
00:25then the overtime rules change because of that game.
00:28But the bottom line is, when you look at the Chiefs,
00:32they're on a roll at home, Scott.
00:33They're also one of the best home teams
00:35in the National Football League.
00:37Of the two teams,
00:38they're a little bit healthier than the Bills.
00:39Now, the Bills, the only concern they have
00:42is with Taylor Rapp, one of their starting safeties.
00:44He's got two injuries.
00:45He's been hurt a lot this season.
00:47They're not deep at safety.
00:48That does worry me a little bit.
00:50But overall, look, the Chiefs are healthier.
00:52They've got a number of players back.
00:53Remember, Pacheco missed time on injured reserve.
00:56Hollywood Brown missed most of the season.
00:58He's back.
00:59Okay, he's a deep threat.
01:01Defensively, they had a number of players
01:03in their secondary hurt.
01:04They're all back, including Jalen Watson,
01:06who's a good cornerback.
01:08He returned last week.
01:09So they're healthy.
01:10There are no excuses, Scott, as you said,
01:11for the Eagles and Washington game,
01:13particularly with Washington, because they're healthier.
01:15But the Chiefs are,
01:16the healthiest they've been all season, Scott.
01:18But the one issue is at left tackle.
01:20Remember, you and I talked about this.
01:22Joe Tooney, their left guard, started left tackle again.
01:25Now, D.J. Humphreys is actually healthy now
01:27off that hamstring.
01:28And that's one thing to keep an eye on Sunday,
01:30what they do at left tackle.
01:33So, I mean, the Bills do have the wrap injury.
01:36They've had, you know, I,
01:38we were talking about it with Carver High.
01:40They've got some guys banged up
01:42going into this game in Kansas City.
01:45But they expect all their starters, Scott,
01:47to be available for this game.
01:48And you know what's interesting, Scott?
01:50One thing, one aside before we move on here,
01:51is how both teams have morphed
01:54into not turning the ball over,
01:56winning with defense, and the run game.
01:58More the Bills than the Chiefs.
02:00But the Chiefs, the high octane passing game is gone.
02:04They're more efficient.
02:04Kelsey went off last week,
02:06but they're not throwing the ball deep downfield at all,
02:08despite all the speed that they have.
02:10And the Bills have been more of an intermediate
02:12to short passing game.
02:14Josh Allen's been efficient.
02:15He's running the ball well as a direct quarterback.
02:18It's interesting, Scott,
02:19and we'll talk more about the over-under total
02:21in the next segment,
02:22but it's not quite what we thought from both teams.
02:25And it's hard to believe, but it's happening.
02:26The Bills have become more of a run offense.
02:28I didn't see it coming with James Cook,
02:30who's had a breakout season.
02:31They've done a great job of running the ball.
02:32I give Joe Brady credit.
02:34Now, Joe Brady has kind of revived his career.
02:36There's no question about it.
02:37I'm looking forward to seeing what happens here in this game.
02:40And again, by the way, Scott,
02:41weather is gonna be fine.
02:43It's gonna be in the 20s.
02:44Wind's not gonna be a factor.
02:47As a matter of fact,
02:48weather will not be a factor in this game.
02:49I have no problem with it.
02:51But the point is, again, Scott,
02:53they're not throwing the ball over the yard
02:54like they used to.
02:55That's the thing about these teams,
02:57opposed to what they would do in the past in these games.
03:00Do you think that the NFL is throwing flags for Mahomes?
03:06No, no, no.
03:08Now that, one thing I want to mention-
03:10Except for those two giant horrible calls
03:12against the Texans and the flop.
03:14I'm surprised that they wouldn't call one there either.
03:17They're pathetic.
03:18Well, the flop was a joke,
03:19but the call on Will Anderson,
03:21unfortunately by the rule, is technically a foul.
03:24That's something, Scott,
03:26the competition committee will look at in March.
03:28No question about it.
03:29That was an absolute joke, I agree with you.
03:30All the other quarterbacks in the divisional series
03:33were getting raped and got no flags.
03:35This guy, Mahomes, he's blowing kids out
03:37and he gets a flag.
