00:17Tomorrow, Miralco Bolts' star and GILAS Pilipinas' standout Chris Newsome will go through Karayom

00:24because his upcoming competitions will be held next month.

00:28On the first week of February, the playoffs of the current Season 49 PBA Commissioners Cup will be held.

00:36In the middle of the playoffs, the 6'2 Combo Guard will travel to Taiwan

00:41because Miralco will face the New Taipei Kings in an important game in the East Asia Super League.

00:48On February 20, Newsome will return to Taiwan

00:52because the campaign of GILAS Pilipinas against the Chinese Taipei National Team will begin in the Window 3 of the FIBA Asia Cup Qualifiers.

01:00It will be followed by a road game in New Zealand for their rematch against the Tall Blacks.

01:22There's going to be a bit of traveling there, a bit of fatigue, but that's part of the job.

01:26I'm here to serve the country, whatever it takes, and whatever they need me, I'm willing to do.

01:33I'm just excited to go out there and represent the Philippines.

01:35GILAS will face a tougher challenge in the upcoming Window 3

01:40because Big Man Kai Soto will not be able to attend the National Cup.

01:45On the other hand, he's excited to be back with his batchmate Troy Rosario

01:51who will represent him in the position left by Soto.

01:54Yeah, I'm excited to play alongside Troy again.

01:58This will be the second time that I got to be teammates with Troy.

02:02First time being in PBAD League, we were happy Fresh Fighters.

02:07It was me, Troy, and Scotty actually, we were all teammates there.

02:11So it's nice to rejoin my Fresh Fighter brothers and hopefully we're going to have some more success.
