A second batch of 200 Palestinian prisoners was released on Jan 25 under the Israel-Hamas ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement.

After 477 days in Hamas captivity in Gaza, four Israeli female soldiers were also freed by Hamas to be reunited with their parents.

00:00Palestinians flooded the streets of Khan Younis in Gaza and Ramallah in West Bank to welcome
00:07back the prisoners who had been released by Israel on Saturday.

01:24The swap was the second to take place under the deal, following the initial release on

01:34Israel's prison service said all 200 prisoners were released after Hamas released four female
01:40Israeli soldier hostages.
01:42Hamas handed over the hostages to the International Committee of the Red Cross in Gaza City before
01:47their safe return to the Raim military base in Israel.
02:06Meanwhile, a displaced Palestinian was reportedly killed, and two others injured by Israeli
02:12army gunfire on Salah al-Din and al-Rashid streets in central Gaza, in an apparent violation
02:19of the ceasefire agreement.
02:21Since the early hours of Saturday, Palestinians hoping to return to northern Gaza had been
02:26waiting along the streets for Israel's withdrawal from the Netzarim corridor.
02:30However, the Israeli army fired at some displaced Palestinians on the streets.
