00:00The Philippines' position on the West Philippine Sea is getting stronger.

00:04This is what the Philippine Coast Guard, PCG, gave after the successful escape of a Chinese ship from Zambales.

00:12Patrick De Jesus has news for the country.

00:17The Chinese Coast Guard's ship, CCG 3103, was able to escape from the coastline of Zambales province by more than 90 to 100 nautical miles.

00:29This is also because of the more strict security of the 44-meter vessel of PCG, BRP Cabra,

00:35even though it is smaller than the ships of China, which is still illegal to remain in the Exclusive Economic Zone of the Philippines.

00:42Aside from CCG 3103, which was also spotted by BRP Cabra yesterday from a distance, CCG 3304 and CCG 5901.

00:54On Saturday, one of the ships of China sounded a long-range acoustic device, or LRAD, to harass the crew of PCG.

01:05PCG said the LRAD is painful and can be used for hearing purposes because of the high decibel levels.

01:12According to PCG spokesperson for the West Philippine Sea, Commodore J. Tariella,

01:17the Philippines' position on the issue of the West Philippine Sea has become more stable.

01:22Since the beginning, the President has been defending his promise that the Philippines will not give up even a small part of our territory.

01:33The Philippines has also strengthened its security alliance with countries such as America, Australia, Japan, and the European Union.
