00:57Welcome to Al-Nasra Al-Ekhbariya from Median TV channel in Tanja, starting with the headlines.
01:27In the case of Al-Nasra Al-Ekhbariya, a terrorist and sheikh plan was in the process of preparation for the material execution of an explosive operation.
01:33Jordan and the Palestinian Authority are responding to Trump's suggestion about the Gaza Strip and are confirming their commitment to a two-state solution.

01:47In the case of Al-Nasra Al-Ekhbariya, a terrorist and sheikh plan was in the process of preparation for the material execution of an explosive operation.
01:53In the case of Al-Nasra Al-Ekhbariya, a terrorist and sheikh plan was in the process of preparation for the material execution of an explosive operation.
01:59The operation was carried out in two different locations, where the explosives were detected and the members of the Sino-Technical Team,
02:07in addition to a telegraph for the Royal Court, carried out in the areas of intervention.
02:11The investigation also revealed the arrangement of white weapons,
02:17ammunition containing liquids and chemicals, and suspicious substances,
02:22in addition to electric wires and equipment for soldering and tape markers,
02:27which are suspected to be used to prepare the explosive production.
02:41For more on this topic, we have with us from Rabat, who is an expert in security and strategic affairs, Mr. Abdel-Haqqa Snaybi.
02:49Greetings to you, Mr. Abdel-Haqqa Snaybi.
02:51What is your assessment of these two successful and competitive operations, especially in relation to this operation?
03:01Thank you, Mr. Anas, and through you, I would like to greet the viewers of Median TV channel.
03:06I think there is no room for me to repeat what the audience heard,
03:11that is, the rise of the security services in the face of the terrorist phenomenon,
03:15especially at the tactical level with extremist organizations, of course.
03:22According to these extremist organizations, there are ideas that millions believe in,
03:26and there is no country that denies terrorism.
03:30I think the Moroccan security services have accumulated an important experience
03:36in the face of the terrorist phenomenon and extremist organizations,
03:39which made them deal with it with great professionalism,
03:42and made it an example to be followed in the face of the terrorist phenomenon.
03:46I think what distinguishes this operation is a number of things.
03:49First, the secrecy in the implementation of this operation,
03:52and the secrecy that distinguishes it from other suicide projects.
03:56The speed of entry, especially at the level of places that were observed,
04:02and at the level of coordination between the two places that were intervened by the security services, of course.
04:08This strategy is called the Strategy of the Kidnapping War,
04:12which was carried out by the Moroccan security services, of course,
04:16as well as the use of helicopters for scouting and tracking, as well as the use of snipers,
04:20in order to face any expected resistance from the extremist elements.
04:27Also, the important point that should be pointed out to people is the security patience.
04:32The security patience is that this terrorist cell was a source and a station for the security services to track,
04:39for a long time, and the security services were waiting for it to reach the stage of going through
04:47to the material benefit of the terrorist attempt.
04:50As a result, they intervened successfully and effectively, of course, in great secrecy.
04:55Mr. Abdel-Haq, there are three brothers in one cell.
05:00Does this give specific indications of the change of the ISIS organization to its strategies?
05:08Dear brother, when we talk about the development of the extremist organization,
05:15I think it has nothing to do with numbers.
05:18In fact, the issue of social rapprochement is the main motivator for the hostility of these extremist ideas.
05:27But I think that the question is beyond this point.
05:30The question is beyond asking questions about the methods of the terrorist organization.
05:35The question is about the social structure that made these people embrace this extremist idea.
05:39We are in front of three brothers who belong to a family.
05:42They belong to a family of six people who live in social housing.
05:50Therefore, there are living conditions that may have contributed to making them nominators
05:55to embrace this extremist idea.
05:58Also, they are at the educational level, not beyond the educational level,
06:01that is, the level of preparation.
06:04Therefore, educational and economic problems in an environment,
06:08even if it is a beautiful area, but unfortunately,
06:13we do not find a natural breath, a green breath,
06:17and therefore all these factors.
06:20We must ask the question, Mr. Anas,
06:23to what extent and until when will the security forces, intelligence services,
06:27and the soil administration continue to tolerate alone,
06:30I mean, this is a threat to the terrorist organization.
06:33We must adopt a comprehensive strategic approach.
06:36Our goal is to eliminate the environment that produces and exposes the individual
06:41and the extremist terrorist idea.
06:43Mr. Abdel-Haq, you may have mentioned the social factor,
06:49but those who are concerned about the matter and those who are suspicious at the moment
06:53were planning to join the ISIS militias in the coastal area.
06:59Here I mention the point you mentioned
07:01about the advanced recruitment of ISIS to those suspected of them.
07:09My question here is about the role of the Moroccan security institution
07:12in dealing with such operations and facing terrorism on the African level.
07:17Mr. Al-Karim, Mr. Anas,
07:20I believe that the Moroccan security agencies and intelligence services
07:24play their role on a large scale,
07:26and perhaps they are being carried out more than their responsibility,
07:28considering that there is a level of dealing with terrorism,
07:33there is a tactical level that you carry out successfully with the security agencies,
07:37but on a strategic level, we actually have a strategy to deal with terrorism.
07:42You mentioned the coastal area,
07:44which was recently written by the African Defense Council,
07:48which is affiliated with the Pentagon, and said that it has turned into a new Iraq.
07:52In this context, we must look for a strategy
07:54that allows us to face both sides.
07:59There is, Mr. Al-Karim, a mass migration to social media sites.
08:03There is a collapse of the tools of the classic killings
08:07that took place in political parties, civil society, and the media.
08:10First, I believe that the confrontation must start with two basic things.
08:15The political parties must take responsibility
08:18as responsible for the organization of the killings and executions.
08:20The civil society must take responsibility.
08:21The Ministry of Education and Islamic Affairs must provide answers
08:26to a number of contractual problems that young people like them face.
08:29I also believe that there is a need for two institutions
08:33to work together before the security intervention
08:38and before moving on to the stage of materialization of the terrorist operation,
08:42as is the case, for example, in the CEPEDES in France,
08:45that is, institutions that include experts in the science of people, social science,
08:47and the science of creed and Sharia for the pre-intervention
08:51to try to correct such dangers or misunderstandings
08:55of these young people who have fallen victims
08:58of the extremist organization's killings and executions.
09:00The expert in security and strategic affairs, Mr. Abdel-Haq Snaybi,
09:03was with us from Al-Ribar.
09:05Thank you very much for all this information.
09:08Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas refused any project
09:12aimed at the displacement of the population of Gaza,
09:14according to him,
09:16following the suggestion of US President Donald Trump in this regard.
09:20He issued a statement to the Palestinian government
09:23that President Abbas is making urgent calls
09:26with the leaders of the Arab, European and United States states on this matter.
09:32In Africa, Kinshasa declared a diplomatic conflict in Kigali
09:36after the rise of hostilities in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo
09:40between the Congolese army and the rebels of the M23 movement
09:44supported by Rwanda.
09:46After the failure of a mediation between Congo and Rwanda
09:49under the supervision of Angola,
09:51the rebels of the M23 movement,
09:53which includes up to 4,000 recruits,
09:57were able to achieve rapid progress in recent weeks.
10:05This is the end of the press conference.
10:07Until next time.
