00:06and 13 foreign peacemakers and soldiers were killed

00:10in the riot in Eastern Congo.

00:14Joy Salamatin is in the center of the news.

00:19The president of South Korea, Yoon Suk-yool,

00:21was charged with insurrection.

00:25The charge took place a few days after the court dismissed

00:29his request for leniency for his imprisonment.

00:33The Constitutional Court also started

00:35the investigation if Yoon was formally appointed

00:39as the president or if he will be reinstated.

00:42However, the case was dismissed after Yoon's declaration

00:45of martial law in December

00:48as a protection to the country

00:50against anti-state forces

00:52that he sympathizes with in North Korea.

00:56Less than 13 peacekeepers and soldiers were killed

01:00in the riot in Eastern Congo.

01:04According to UN and foreign military officials,

01:08the force of the rebel M23 increased in the past week

01:13and is now near the eastern part of Goma City

01:17with 2 million population

01:20and is considered an important center for security

01:24and humanitarian operations in the region.

01:26Two South African peacekeepers,

01:30one Uruguayan blue helmet,

01:33and three Malawian peacekeepers,

01:35as well as seven South African soldiers

01:38from the Southern African Development Community Mission,

01:40were killed.

01:42Pope Francis and Vatican City

01:46held a Jubilee for World Communication.

01:49Here, the Pope left a message

01:52for those who are in prison.

01:55According to Pope Francis,

01:56freedom for those who are in prison

01:59also means freedom for all of us.

02:03He also paved the way for those who are in prison

02:07to share stories that give hope

02:10to those who are losing their light

02:13in their daily lives.
