00:26has already completed the construction of a Php 107 million project in the center island of the so-called Killer Highway of Cronadal City in South Cotabato.
00:33Regional Director Basir M. Ebrahim of the DPWH noted that the construction of a 6.773-kilometer center island
00:41and the 215 solar-powered posts in the Killer Highway of Barangay Saravia and Barangay Carpenter Hill
00:47was able to save commuters because there were no more accidents here since the project was completed.
00:55I would like to inform the public that our center island project in the national highway
01:01from Barangay Carpenter Hill to Barangay Saravia is completed here in Cronadal City.
01:07And we are so happy to inform you that Nolizdan, the city government of Cronadal City,
01:13informed us that the so-called Killer Highway has zero accidents after we completed this project.
01:21Because of the frequent accidents on the route that connects two barangays,
01:25this Killer Highway was constructed by commuters and its residents.
01:29Based on what we want, the center and prone area of Barangay Saravia is now called Killer Highway.
01:36So now, our dream has come true, not only here in this barangay but also in adjacent barangays.
01:44DPWH once again proved their dedication to improve, strengthen, and maintain the integrity
01:51of the infrastructure in Soxergen and ensure that everyone using the highway is safe.
