00:00Well, obviously the first six months I'd say was challenging. There was a lot of rehab involved and
00:07slowly getting back into the gym, which obviously helped with my coordination was off, very off, my eyesight's off.
00:14So for this last six months, it's kind of getting back to normal life, back to work,
00:20back to footy training around guys and
00:24back to full-time gym work. So that's how I want it to be from now on.
00:30Yeah, I wouldn't ever throw in the towel, I don't think. I love this sport way too much and
00:45I'm just trying to be involved wherever I can if that's through coaching and
00:50I'm optimistic about playing this year and that's what I want, but
00:54there's a sense of reality that comes into it too, but
00:57fitness-wise, I've never been fitter. Strength-wise or aerobically-wise, I can only build on the platform I've set, so
01:12I'm ready to come back. I feel like I'm fit enough to come back. It's just up to the doctors, I guess, what they say.
