00:00All we can confirm tonight is the number of people on each aircraft, 64 people on the American Airlines plane and 3 people on the military helicopter.

00:17I speak for the people of Washington, 700,000 of us who are extremely sorry for the families who are experiencing loss tonight.

00:44From the Department of Transportation and FAA's perspective, we are going to offer full support to those on the ground, to the mayor, but also to the NTSB who is going to be conducting the investigation in this matter.

01:05It's really hard when you lose, you know, probably over 60 Kansans simultaneously.
01:10I don't want to forget the pilots and the flight attendants, you know, who are doing their job and the military personnel we lost.
01:17All those lives are so valuable and it is such a tragedy that we lost them.
