00:35Over so many seasons you really start to care about these characters

00:38and so if anything happens to them it like breaks your heart.

00:41So I think a lot of that is happening every season it gets bigger and bigger.

00:45And if that wasn't enough we have two new rookies starting today.

01:00Yeah, the stories are amazing. It's quick pace.

01:02It's like a really good boy band.

01:04You can choose your favorite character to follow along with.

01:06Tomorrow's a new day.

01:08Yes, it is.

01:11It would mean nothing if nobody was watching.

01:13Yeah, this is true. This is true.

01:16And it's grown a lot. That's like been incredible to watch.

01:19I mean, we keep growing.

01:21And yet here we are.

01:22Happily married. Two kids.

01:25I must be doing something right.

01:28On The Rookie, that's how I know it has a reach

01:30because I get more recognition or acknowledgement from The Rookie

01:35on the streets of Los Angeles than I have from probably anything else I've ever done.

01:38Every day. Every day I go somewhere and somebody at some point says,

01:42I love The Rookie.

01:43What I've never had on The Rookie but I've had on some other projects I've done

01:47is people say, hey, you're on that show. Not so good.

01:49No one does that on The Rookie.

01:51I didn't like it. No one says that.

01:52This seems unreal. Was your first day like this?

01:55No, I saved my T.O.'s life after he got shot during a firefight.

01:58This is a walk in the park.

02:00It is a situation where all of the personalities interplay so beautifully off camera.

02:05And so when we get on camera and we're playing these scenes,

02:07there is like this camaraderie and this connectivity and this connection.

02:11It translates to screen.

02:13Everybody's on the same page. No egos. No a-holes.

02:16Except for me, which is fine.

02:17Never.

02:18That's okay though.

02:19Never.

02:19You're just the right amount of a-hole.

02:21You are still a rookie.

02:22You still gotta sit in the front row with the other newbies.

02:24Why you gotta be such a hater?

02:26It's in the job description.
