Six people have been arrested over the December shooting of an 18-year-old in Adelaide's north. Police allege several shots were fired into the wrong address and the person injured in the attack was not the intended target.

00:00Six males aged between 17 and 21 years old have been charged with attempted murder over
00:08the shooting in Andrews Farm late last year.
00:12It's alleged the group fired three shots from at least two guns through a closed bedroom
00:17roller shutter in the early hours of the 16th of December, hitting an 18-year-old in the
00:23leg.
00:24Police say the victim had no connection with the group whatsoever and those accused had
00:28targeted the wrong address.
00:30They say the victim has made a full recovery and that it's very fortunate they only suffered
00:36a leg wound.
00:37A gun was seized nearby in the hours after the shooting and during searches of seven
00:42addresses today, police say they located and seized a shotgun.
00:46While they don't believe the shotgun was involved in the Andrews Farm incident, they're investigating
00:52if it has been used in previous shootings.
00:55Police also located a sizeable amount of illicit drugs.
01:00Also today at Munnaparra West, a large quantity of MDMA tablets in the range of about five
01:06to six hundred were located and have been seized and the 21-year-old from that address
01:12will also be charged with traffic a commercial quantity of a controlled drug.
01:17The six males arrested this morning include 17-year-olds from Salisbury, Munnaparra and
01:22Smithfield Plains, 19-year-olds from Andrews Farm and Davern Park and the 21-year-old from
01:29Munnaparra West.
01:30All have been refused bail and will appear in court tomorrow.
