00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. once again denied that there is no blank item in the 2025 General Appropriations Act.
00:08In his speech at the 20th National Convention of Lawyers in Cebu City,
00:13President Marcos insisted that more than 4,000 pages of the 2025 National Budget should be reviewed and analyzed.
00:23The President also believed that those who filed cases against the 2025 National Budget are part of the destabilization plot.
00:53For those of you, and up to now, I cannot find those damned blank items.
01:00We'll keep looking, we'll keep looking, but I don't, I really am convinced that they simply do not exist because it is not allowed to exist.
01:07I've read some of the, some of the, the filing, the complaint.
01:11Well, the Solzhen, of course, will be the ones who will argue for the, for the government.
01:17And he tells me, Solzhen Maynard tells me that we are on a solid footing in terms of constitutionality.
01:28I don't know why they bothered to file that because napakahirap ng kanilang asarsyon.
