Everton boss David Moyes on the prospects of any transfers ahead of their Premier League clash with Leicester
Finch Farm, Liverpool, UK

00:00With Mangala then, and that loan, does that enable you or make it a little bit easier to move in terms of the transfer market and then bring another player in?
00:08Well, I think what it means is we probably have even more reasons that we need to bring in some players, which we know, so we're not...
00:16It's not that we don't do that, but we know that it's just so difficult to get maybe players in that we want.
00:23But overall, we're really sad for both players, really sad for Mangala, who actually the action was nothing.
00:32It was pretty much near the end of the game, 80 minutes round about that time, or 75 minutes, so it was really sad that it happened.
00:39And he's sort of been very good in the games we've played as well and I've been pleased with him, so disappointed for the boy.
00:46Obviously, you speak a lot to Kevin Terwill, so I just wonder how confident you are of adding to the squad now?
00:51Confident at the moment has become difficult because it's certainly not for the want of trying, let me tell you.
00:57So I know behind the scenes and for all the Evertonians, we're really out there trying to find things that we can bring in, but undoubtedly we're still hampered with PSR.
01:07I'm really jealous of watching a lot of teams who can maybe attempt to go for a lot of players at expensive prices.
01:12At the moment, we're not quite there, but we don't want to get ourselves in a position that we've been in before with points deductions, etc.
01:20So we have to be really mindful of what we do and all I can say is I hope the supporters all understand that and go with us.
01:28We hope to bring in some players, but maybe it's not the ones which, if we really had the money, we'd be trying to do.
