00:00Yeah, I tell you what, when I sat down with Ben, it was clearly evident from the get-go
00:11that this was someone that I wanted to work with and somebody I wanted to work for and
00:16be a part of his staff.
00:18You know, the players here really enjoy the players here, really enjoy hearing Ben's vision.
00:27He was clear and concise from the get-go and very transparent about everything that
00:33was occurring.
00:35So his passion for special teams really was exciting to me, and not only for special teams,
00:42but connecting all three phases together, playing complementary football.
00:46What I'm excited about and what the players are excited about, because they've been darn
00:50blowing my phone up, you know, left and right, which is an honor, you know, I'm grateful
00:55for that.
00:56They're excited about taking this thing to the next level.
00:59So I can't tell you how humbling it's been to get all the text messages from these guys
01:04and just, these dudes are, I can't wait to help these dudes reach the goals that they
01:09want to reach.
01:10In the special teams room, they're held to the highest standard and they want to be pushed
01:16and they're held accountable.
01:17And I love them, I put my arm around them, but I put my foot up there behind when I need
01:21to.
01:22So that's the real, that's the real peak behind the curtain of what goes on.
01:27And the credit to those guys that they continue to play at a high level, week in and week
01:34out, even with anything, you know, y'all is going to have adversity, you know, but those
01:38guys in a special teams room rose to the challenge.
