00:26He was arrested in Manila yesterday for repeatedly harassing his 11-year-old stepdaughter.

00:35According to the police, the crime lasted for three years.

00:39From 11 years old up to 14 years old, she was abused by her stepfather.

00:47In June 2024, the accused repeatedly harassed her, but the victim refused.

00:54Even though she refused, she was afraid that her brother would kill her.

00:58Her parents did not allow her to continue her studies.
