00:00A fire broke out this afternoon in a residential area in Novaliches, Quezon City.

00:05Residents helped in extinguishing the fire.

00:08In the initial rain, informal settlers were affected.

00:12No one was hurt or burned in the fire.

00:15The cause of the fire is still unknown.

00:18In Balang, Abataan, four children were burned in the fire.

00:23According to the fire marshal, they were unable to leave the house.

00:26Aside from the door being locked, the windows were also grilled.

00:31A candle was one of the things the fire marshal was looking at

00:34because there was no electricity in the house at that time.
