00:00You enjoyed the celebrations at the end today, didn't you?
00:02Yes, I did. Yes, it was a big day for us.
00:04It's not a million miles away and it's always a decent atmosphere.
00:08I always think it's a really decent away end as well.
00:12You've got to, haven't you?
00:15We've had a week where we were a losing team.
00:19It was a difficult week for us to take because I didn't think that
00:22we were absolutely miles off of it against all, but the result is the result
00:26and you lose a game of football and when you win, you've got to enjoy it.
00:29Hopefully, all our supporters and the manager will enjoy it over the weekend.
00:33The result was the biggest thing.
00:35It always is.
00:36You'd like to play better, but I think when you add everything
00:40into the mix, five players coming into the team,
00:44Vinnie Souza back out after a long time out,
00:47Amzah not playing a lot of minutes, Ben not playing a lot of minutes,
00:51Ari Clarke not playing a lot of minutes, Tom Cannon's second game.
00:56From that point of view,
00:58a modified minutes for a few, a few getting 90 minutes.
01:02I'm absolutely delighted.
01:03I'm delighted for, yet again, the 3,500,
01:06whatever, 4,000 United fans at the end.
01:08It was a tough game because, as I said before,
01:11Paul's teams are organised.
01:13They go man for man.
01:13They press.
01:14The pitch isn't the best and they make it really difficult.
01:17There are certain aspects of our game that I wasn't comfortable with and didn't enjoy.
01:21I thought transition from when we won it and we gave it away too cheaply.
01:25We gave too many fouls away that allowed them to pump the ball in their box.
01:28And they're a game and they should have had better results
01:32than their performances have been.
01:35They certainly should have beat Watford.
01:36Certainly should have got a result against Sunderland.
01:40And we knew it was going to be a difficult afternoon, as I said, in the presser.
01:43But any part of the season, a win's a win.
01:47But I think, in terms of the work that we've had to pile into the players
01:51this week and for us to get over the line,
01:54not in the ideal way, not in a way that I would have liked.
01:57We've had to work hard for it against spirited opponents.
01:59But with all those things that we've had to deal with,
02:03to get a big three points is massive for us.
02:06I know you want more.
02:07I know you'd love one more through on Monday.
02:09How confident are you that you will get an extra defensive option?
02:12Yes, we're light at centre-half losing suit.
02:15So the board and the owners know my stance and my position on that.
02:20We're working extremely hard.
02:21I spoke to Stephen Bettis this morning and he understands it.
02:25We're doing whatever we can do.
02:26We've put a couple of bids in for players
02:30and we're monitoring other situations.
02:32We're confident that we'll get one in.
02:35But still, we've got 72 hours to go and a little bit longer.
02:39So, I know, like we talked about, we're bringing parity back to the group.
02:45That's all we're doing.
02:47Thankfully, in terms of the quality, and I thank the board for that.
02:50But we're just adding that numbers.
02:52This week, training has gone through the roof in terms of the quality.
02:56You look at our bench today and you look at our squad today,
02:59and when I'm putting a team sheet in at quarter-two,
03:00I'm putting a top-end Championship team sheet into the referee.
03:06So, that's where it is and the likes of Gus coming back
03:11and Tom Davies coming back and Kiefer coming back
03:13is only going to help us in terms of our quest to win games of football.
