00:00A fire broke out in Barangay 161 in Caloocan last night. A resident was injured.

00:10James Agustin has the first news.

00:16The residents of a compound in Barangay 161, Caloocan, were engulfed in flames last night at 9 p.m.

00:24The first alarm was raised by the Bureau of Fire Protection.

00:27Romis Pondi and volunteers were in 20 firetrucks.

00:31The fire broke out after more than an hour.

00:34When the dog barked, I went out of the door.

00:37I saw someone shouting in the other house that there's a fire.

00:42I was shocked when I saw it.

00:44The fire was so strong on the third floor.

00:46As soon as there was a fire, I was shocked.

00:49I could smell it and it was already smoking.

00:51When I went out, the fire was so strong.

00:55A 56-year-old man, who owns a house, was outside.

00:59He was injured in his arm.

01:01He told us that he finished his dinner when he smelled something burning.

01:06I went to the window. It was okay.

01:08But I could still smell the smoke.

01:12I went up to the third floor and I saw it.

01:14It wasn't that big, but when I was about to kill it,

01:18there was a loud bang.

01:20I fell to the ground.

01:22I got some water and I was shouting to my brothers.

01:26According to the BFP, the roof of the house was burned.

01:29They also set fire to the fireplace,

01:32even though the fire was of great importance.

01:34This is the first news.
